What are some of the lightest in ounces high and or extra high rings (30mm) that will work with a pic rail?

If the absolute lightest high pic rings is the priority and you're not opposed to vertically split rings, the Warne tactical rings may be a tad lighter by having thinner cross-section through the center, but not certain on that.

Seekins generally mills out as much material as possible without compromising strength. I haven't tried Warne aluminum rings, but have some of their steel rings for a Tikka rail. The build quality is good so I'd imagine their aluminum rings if lighter would be a good choice. But if it's half an ounce or less I'd consider the Seekins because there's so much attention paid to design, detail and high production standards.

Seekins says 4.7 oz / ring for their aluminum 30mm highs.

TPS and Warne don't specify weight in their specs that I've found.

Warne says on their website that the rings I referenced are sintered steel rather than aluminum, so they must have either discontinued the "aluminum" version SWFA lists on their site or it's listed as "aluminum" in error.

4.7 ounces per ring or 4.7 ounces for the set of rings?

Lightest rings I have found weigh 5 ounces for both rings.

Maybe they meant for the set, but the way they have the specs worded on their site, it implies per ring. That does seem awfully heavy for a single aluminum ring, beefy though it is.

Here you go... Murphy titanium high pic rings @3.06 oz. per pair! But they're very pricey!

4.0 - 4.7 oz. Is for a set of Seekins 30mm 4-screw rings (weight range based on height).
