Leupold VX-L Rifle Scopes

Just so everyone is aware of what scope comes with what adjustments since the Leupold catalog is a little confusing.

All of the VX-L 4.5-14x56mm Long Range Matte comes with 1/4 moa Finger Click adjustments.  The catalog shows the scope with target knobs however that is incorrect.

VX-L 4.5-14x56mm Long Range Matte 30mm

60360 – Duplex

60370 – Boone & Crockett

60365 – Varmint Hunter

Now here comes the tricky part on the VX-L 6.5-20x56mm Long Range scopes.  Below is a list of part numbers and what features they have.

VX-L 6.5-20x56mm Long Range Matte 30mm (Finger Click 1/10 moa adjustments)

60375 – Fine Duplex

VX-L 6.5-20x56mm Long Range Matte 30mm (Target 1/10 moa adjustments)

60385 – Target Dot

62200 – Varmint Hunters

VX-L 6.5-20x56mm Long Range Extreme Varminter Red Mist (Red Splatter) (Target 1/10 moa adjustments)

60390 – Varmint Hunters

I got a chance to look through one of these the other day that was on a Remington Sendero II in .300 RUM.

VERY nice glass, folks!

It had the Boone and Crocket reticle.

The half moon objective is kind of growing on me.....

Hello Cheap

I agree, Leupold is slipping in some very nice glass in some of thier new

high end models both tactical and hunting. If I can find a Red Mist LRXV

at a good price I am going for it, and if I do not like it sell it on ebay.

I just came up with a wicked idea for a custom benchrest rifle for this scope.

The idea involves a Japanese theme with polished metal pars and a black

laquer cherry blossom inlayed stock. Or idea II a skull and crossbones

pirates of the carribean inpired theme with blood splatter.
