Subject

   I'm about to mount a VX-II 3-9x40 scope on my Rem 700.   What
height rings should i get?  I was thinking either medium or low,
but they come in  ultra low, low, medium, high, and super
high.  I never knew there were so many options!  Also, does
anyone have a preference on one-piece or two-piece bases?  Which
is better?  Thanks a lot!
