Totally dumb question, but can you put M1 turrets on the Mark 4 scope that originally came with M3 turrets?  Just wondering as the M3 has the BDC for 168 grain .308 (the .223 and 300 win mag came with it also) but I was thinking about starting to shoot 175 gr. bullets.  I'm sure it's probably not, but figured that I would ask to make sure.

Well you are in luck send the scope to the Leupold Custom shop and tell them change it from M3 to M1 or better yet keep it as a M3 and call the custom shop tell them you are shooting the 175 SMK Black Hills ammo and need a correctly calibrated dial for your M3 scope. Your choice just send money.
