leupold has no para focal?

   So I really like the eye relief of the new Leupold 20x40x60mm HD spotting scope.  The abilitly to look through it with the rubber eye cups when wearing even the biggest glasses is a plus.  But I guess it doesnt have a para focal adjustment on it.  Could someone please explain to this newbie what para focal is, and the adavantages or disadvatages are?  Thanks
