Leica v. Zeiss

My first range finder was a Leupold RXII which I found to be near useless.
I use my rangefinder for bowhunting 90%, and occasionally late season rifle. Don't need much past 300 yards.
Last winter I bough the Zeiss handheld because I had heard the optic is first rate, which it is. The only problem it is big and bulky. I'm afraid it will get in the way bowhunting.
As far as shear ranging goes, how do the leica range finders compare to Zeiss?
