Got one for my .22 target pistol.  I've been trying out low priced red dot sights for a while now.
Pros:
Relatively low price… slightly more expensive than the NcStar dot sight I have, but the NcStar does not zero AT ALL.. have never been able to get a hit in anywhere near the same spot with the NcStar.
Nice dot visibility, bright in bright light conditions
adjustments are easy
nice 'built-in' rail mount
after only a few rounds seems to be accurate
comes with all adjustment tools required
CONS:
4MOA dot a little larger than I like
Uses a sensor to turn on/off… dims/turns off in low light to darkness, has a full sight cover that turns the sight off when not in use(has no on/off switch, only the sensor)… means it is useless to me in dark conditions.  Dot "comes on" in light… can be very bright in bright light, dims as light dims, goes out in complete darkness.  Not a "tactical" sight by any stretch… unless you only work in bright light.

Good for target shooting/practice in daylight.

Cannot comment on durability

I've spent some time with this red dot, now.  It is very accurate to 50 meters(I've actually not fired it beyond that range... just has not fit my practice session so far), pretty quick on target, allows consistency (provided the shooter is consistent).  I find the light activated on/off highly irritating.  Adjustments not audible or tactile, but are precise.
It is inexpensive, comparatively, and is good for what I got it for... practice using my .22 semi-auto.

NOT tactical...

Better than many in its price range.

Addressing this topic again because I've now spent a lot of time with this red dot and want to ensure it gets its "due".

Still not a tactical red dot, my opinion.  Lowlight lack of performance KILLS that "quality".
However, for range shooting in daytime, it is 1) very accurate, 2) can provide as much precision as the shooter, 3) very reliable and consistent training red dot... this is a very good option.  I can't ask for any more in an inexpensive red dot for accuracy and precision out to 30meters with a .22 handgun.  It will force you to use good skills and reward you if you do.  I can't give a good rounds count, but I've shot up a couple of bricks of .22 40 gr and 36 gr ammo with this red dot/S&W 22a-1 set up. Love it.  Until the sun goes down.
