Anyone been following the priliminary races leading up to the derby?  Wish i could of hit that 40-1 shot that won the Bluegrass stakes!!!!

I usually don't pay much attention until race weekend. This thread had me looking up the Derby web site and the Bluegrass Stakes. It doesn't look like Stately Victor is a contender yet.

I hate to bet a horse back off the best race of his life but if you can watch the splits.  He was really cooking the last 1/2 mi.  I  would be surprised if he didn't head to Lousville.
