Will the Kahles C 3-12X56 be brighter than the CL 4-12X52? I assume it will because of the bigger objective, but I wanted to confirm this. Thanks.

Given the difference is only 4 mm, it's doubtful you'd notice any meaningful difference between the two, particularly as the lens coatings are the same on both series of scopes. When deciding between the two, I think the key differences would be a) 30 mm vs. 1-inch tube and b) whether the recticle is in the FFP (C series) or the SFP (CL series).
Keep in mind this....because the human eye can't benefit from an exit pupil much beyond 6 mm, below 8.5-9.0 power there is more available light than what you can take advantage of anyway, hence the importance of coatings, which are the same.

CL also has the side focus if you plan on shooting at very long ranges and has the multi-zero option, CS has multi-zero also. C has a ffp which is more visible as it gets dark and allows you to use the reticle to range more accuratly at all magnifications. POI should not be a concern with either of these quality models. Both scopes opticaly exellent.
