I wonder what next, this is really a non issue. Why do we need these justices to affirm or deliberate, or anything for that matter as far as the 2nd Amendment goes? They are wasting our tax dollars, why aren't they deliberating on the additional Amendments that brought us all the additional expense that we have to pay for to run an already way out of Constitutionally correctly sized Government. This is just a ploy to take us back from the issues that are being unchecked. They know that we are conservative minded and this is supposed to placate us. It should never even have been a decision to ponder at all.

We all need to start pestering the living crap out of our Representatives, and Congressmen.

I think that is the only way this will ever get done.  And even then it makes me wonder.

has anyone been keeping up with the national guard guy who was arrested for NFA transfer??  apparently the made a rule the ATF has to video tape all firearms test to show in court their charges, and there is a housebill , requiring them to follow guidelines, 2 winners!!!

I hope so, it should be the burden of proof lies on them instead of someone having to proove their innocence. Then the fact that it's a service member. How screwed up is that?
I haven't heard anything more about it though.

That is some interesting reading. They were looking out for the rest of the Constitution too. This could have been much more devastating than most ever realized

Yeah this is gonna be incredible for our side.  Even the obvious liberals realized they had no ground to ban all handguns.  They were on their heels trying to keep NFA from being repealed.
I think this is the best use of tax dollars I have seen in the news in a long time.  Considering all of the unconstitutional crap congress has been getting away with for 80 years. Its about time the court smacked them a good one.

with all the 2nd amendment suport on this site,it suprises me to know most gun owners do not fight for there freedoms.   To often I here of people complaining that there right to own guns are threatend and these concerned  owners do not do anything about it.  It is very important that we all do something.  Contact your local, state and federal rep and ask questions. MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD!!!!  E-mail, join local clubs, write letters to your paper, stay informed on whats going on! And by all means , get off  the couch and VOTE!.
ITs not the "other guys" responsibilty, its yours.   Just rember, we are the minority now, so we must all project a united front if we are to enjoy the right and freedoms so many of our brothers and sisters serve for.     Keep up the great site Chris!
