Hi everybody,

I'm new on this forum.

My question is: What riflescope is best for me ?

I have a Browning 300WSM, right now i have an 4200 2.5-10x40mm

And i`'m looking for something more powerful.

I heard somthing about IOR scope, but honestly i dont know anything about them

So i'm looking toward a Zeiss Conquest 4.5-14x44 Mc or A.O.  not sure yet.

In this price range, do you have any feedback or idea , to put me on the good way ???

Very regards

More powerful?  Keep what you've got.....that elite 4200 you have is a heck of a scope.  Save your money and buy some equally good binos would be my recommendation.   You'll never need more power than what you've got.

IOR makes very good scopes ,they are rugged and with exellent optics (schott glass made in germany)  . They are for tactical use, so, they are a bit heavy. I recomend you the 6-24x50 iluminated with 35mm rings (included).

Zeiss is "the name " in optics, conquest line of course not ofer the same cuality than german line ( costing twice) but they are exellent. I recomend you this scope for  target shooting.

I agree with Grubbs. Keep what you have.

I'm a big Conquest fan don't get me wrong, but the 4200 is a real good scope and the Conquest would be a case of diminished returns, I would think.

Binos?? Leica, or I had a pair of Nikon LX's that were the cat's ass!!

The Leica's are better ergonomically, though. The LX's are very heavy.
