Any one have an opinion on the quality of glass of the IOR binocs. I was looking at the 10x42 w/ range finding reticle. What other glass are they comparable too?

I have the 10X50's.
The review pretty well sums things up.

IOR porros are very good.  About half a dozen of them passed through my hands over the last few years and they were quite nice.  Older ones had a slightl yellow cast.  Newer ones are very neutral in color.  My favourites were 7x40, but 10x50 were very good as well.
