I think you could do much better with your money. I can't say anything about that scope or the manufacturer because I have never heard of it before.
Most illuminated scopes function as a normal scope when illumination is off. This will not apply to many of the red dots or holographic scopes as a rule.
Read awhile here on the OT and you can learn a lot pretty quick. You may
want to review the terms you agreed to when you signed up.
