That would work for about 2 days and then they would get sick of themselves and want to move to a place that is not corrupted yet.  Then when they got to the new uncorrupted place they would decide they did not like it the way it was and turn it into another California.  The whole time not even realizing that the thing they liked so much about it in the first place was that none of the liberal crap existed.  Then once they ruin it and get tired of all the libs they will move onto the next one.  They are just like a never ending cancer.

I can honestly say I've never in my life experienced an earthquake before.  It must be a surreal experience!  I'm glad you didn't suffer any injury or property damage.

If memory servers me, California is sitting on two major plates. One will eventually move the coast line Northwest toward Alaska and the other will move the rest Southward. I didn't feel todays earthquake but I definitely felt the '89 quake; we were at the World Series at the time.  Yippee

This spring we had a tremor here in the mid-west. There are still after shocks and I live almost 100 miles away. YMMV

I used to joke about the need to Repent and be Baptised.  I still say it, but it is not a joke now. Angel As baby Micheal has shown us, "God is still on his throne, and Prayer changes things." Pastor  Huchings...  Expect more stuff before the year is out.

I did a 5.6 on the 13th floor in a dorm at UT Knoxville. I thought someone was picking up and dropping my bed. It lasted about 22 sec. I will not forget the growling sound it made. that was in November 1973.

Where did I put those ARK building instructions?  The state slogan here in Iowa is:

"Iowa a place to grow"  I dont know how that misprinted  "G" got in there.

Glad all is well there Squeezer.... It could have been alot worse. I firmly believe that you SENSIBLE types in Cali, should all head this way. Then after the Socialist Republic of Cali drops off, we can all pool our resources and buy up a bunch of new ocean front property.
