I just received my new Hornady catalog and was quite happy to see that they have supercharged the .375 H&H. It makes good sense since they have done this with several other calibers like the .06 in the last several years. They have a 300 gr bullet stepping out over 2700 fps from a 24" barrel. This outperforms their own .375 from the same length barrel.
I have been using their 10mm auto ammo for several years, too. It isn't up to the old standards but with their XTP is a solid choice behind Double Tap. I have also used their 9mm offerings and I am quite pleased. I'm going to contact them about packaging in handgun ammo, though. They need fifty round boxes.
I am really happy with Hornady ammo in the last few years and I believe that a lot of their products are a step up from the Big Three offerings. I'm going to be getting more of their stuff when I need factory ammo.

I'll have to buy the new Hornady catalog, up until this point I've only read data on the 375 H&H that gave about 2550-2600 fps., very interesting???

Hopefully, a gun shop nearby you will have it for free. It is very well done and informative.
I would register and log into their web site. That's how I've been getting mine the last few years.

I too am a Hornady fan . I 've really come to rely on their 12 GA SST"s for slug hunting, It's consistently accurate in my 5 slug guns, is reasonably priced, and has been a proven game stopper for me over the last few years. I also like their hi energy loads in my son's 7mm/08 Winchester compact . Shoots moa and gets the job done on deer sized game.
