I fired one round in a 260 small magnum primer, and there was a half second delay.

It is like BL-C(2), but even harder to light.

Man Ct, I pulled up and printed out all of the data off Hodgen's site, but I don't know what I've  done with it.

couple of buddies have tried it in their AR's general thought was it wasn't quite as consistent as varget. Though I haven't had the chance to get out and try it for myself yet.

Bolt gun loves the V, but the AR, a Bravo Co. middy, prefers IMR 4895.

This new wonder powder had me at "cleaner".

I'll have to check the V 300WM load notes.  I do remember that only hte lighter bullets had load data for 300WM and varget.  I'm thinkg it stops at 180gr max weight... but aren't sure.
I got right at 1 MOA for the load I worked up...

So far to update on my experience with this powder.  I am shooting an Armalite AR-10 16" carbine.  It will shoot .94" 5 shot groups with Federal Factory 168gr SMK match ammo.

So far what I have discovered with the CFE-223 is that in my AR-10 it needs to be at or very near a max load for it to cycle reliably.  The 5 shot grouping is approx. the same as the Factory loaded match ammo.  I had one group shoot 4 touching but the 5th shot put it out to .80"  That's the best so far.  It is under MOA so I am more than happy since Armalite says on their website that this gun is a 2"- 3" shooter.  I am still playing with seating depths and going to try Varget as well as moving up to a 168gr or even a 175gr Match bullet when time permits.

As far as it being any cleaner than other powders I haven't really noticed to much of a difference.
