You have all been a great help on the forum.
I am in need of a pair of big eyes for various hunting. I only want one pair. I have a really good pair for my boat, but they are way too heavy for hunting. I need an all around pair and I am thinking of a 8x42 or 10x42 and I am really confused. I do not want to spend a lot on the pair as I will only use them a few times a year.
Please help.
Thank you.

Well OK,
I am hoping to spend around $500. But I do not want to be disappointed. Mt Fugions work great in low light, just way too heavy (paid $700 for them). My rifle has a Swaroski 3x10.
