Can anybody recommend a spotting scope around $350 to $400 preferably from the sample list. I'm looking for the best glass I can afford and have never been able to find a better deal than these. I know it's not much but it is all I can afford now. Possibly the Minox or Nikon but I am looking for suggestions on anything from SWFA.

FWIW I decided to hold off until I could afford a better scope and decided on the Nikon Tactical Fieldscope III with ED Glass. Just recieved it yesterday and I have to say I am glad I waited. Very nice!

It would be nice if there was a spotting scope convention, an we could all go an see whats out there. Buying a spotting scope on limited funds realy sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
