Dear All
I am Umair Bhaur from Pakistan. I have to scope my magnum springer Diana 54. It is 25ftlb gun and produces extreme double recoil. It's recoil is harder than Webley Patriot.
I have destroyed two scopes on it.
I have been told that only Vortex Diamondback 4-12x40 AO scope will survive on it.
I can also accept a basic 4x scope provided it has the ability to hold POI on my gun.
Please advise.
Please also let me know that if any one be willing to help I can make payment for the scope and postage. The willing person can purchase the scope and ship me.

If some one comes up I shall give my detailed address.

Thanks dear.

Mudhaur: I've been an active airgunner for years(many). I've got a recent addition to my arsenal: A Beeman RX-2 .20 cal. a Theoben gas-rammed gun that has the same double recoil of the RWS-54. Mine has had a Hawke 6-24 Eclipse illuminated mil dot scope that is an air-gun rated. Just be sure that you buy a GOOD set of double screw strapped rings. But, I will add that the RWS-54 is parterned after the FWB-300 olympic class recoiless airgun. One that I also owned, but had to sell to take care of my wife's medical bills. You can't eat the darn things, no matter how long you soak them before cooking. Still too tough! Just make sure that the scope is airgun rated: Hawke, etc heavy recoil scope. Try this url: then go to the Optics-Heavy recoil drop down and then find a scope that suits your price range, but buy GOOD rigs and put a couple of drops of glue on the threads of the mount where they attach to the scope rail. Elmers wood worker glue will do............... Shot straight, shot safely and shot often. Al - Artesia,NM USA yeah desert and mountains, just like you have and HEAT!
