Hi everyone,

I picked up a rifle from a guy last night that came with a 6-24x50 optic on it. I searched the optic, and couldn't find any solid ID marks. All I could find was a single logo on a knob. I didn't recognize the logo, so I thought someone may be able to help. I was told it was a dealer promo.

Any help?
Hey everyone,

I picked up up a rifle from a guy last night, felt like a great deal. It came with 6-24x50 scope. The only markings on it were 'bore sighter' and a logo on one of the knobs. I've tried to figure out, but I'm really not aware of this logo.

Here is an image of the logo on the knob...

Any ideas?

Really sorry.

Yeah. Rookie mistakes abound in here.

I think we can safely rule out Leica, along with the majority of respectable brands. Just hoping for a long shot on being able to ID it.

The forum software is configured so that new users can't edit or post pics until they have at least 50 posts.

Yeah, I saw that in FAQ. Any chance you would clean up that post to just be the first item? I'd appreciate the ability to save a small amount of face.

Howdy wfjpjr ,
Welcome to the forum.  Whatever the "7s alongside the sight post" represent, you'll get an idea of its worth when you take it shooting.

Until you identify the logo, here are some lesser known scope manufacturers/marketers which might cause you to laugh, or cry, depending...

Guangzhou Jianguang Lighting Co., Ltd.

Yiwu Rifeng Optical Instrument Co., Ltd.

Nantong Chengxin Optical Intrument Co., Ltd.

Foshan Decheng Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.

Shantou Chenghui Wisha Sports Appliance Trading Firm

Nanyang City State Optical Instrument Manufactory

There are many more... many.
