Wally Walmart used to be  the national leading seller of guns before they whimped out!Now There is no guns in the entire Baltimore, MD and York, PA area.  I have to drive to Fredrick or hagerstown, MD over an hour away!  Still pays to make the trip once in a while!

I picked up my 1st Hi-powered there, Sav 270 for $377 with scope (crappy Simons)  Gun shoot 3/4 MOA outa the box... for under 400, can't beat it!  About time for another look-see!

the county i live in has one walmart, it sells a few rifles but no reloading supplies. the walmart closest to me, which is in another county doesnt sell guns. you go one county north of there and they have a walmart and they sell guns as well. we only have two places in town that sell guns

Huh, it does look like reloading stuff, wonder why they don't sell it online at least?  It amazes me the different products that different wally worlds stock and not all of them.

I guess I am lucky,  Living in the Hanover / Gettysburg, PA area, I mean!  Both towns have been around since before the Constitution was ratified.  Still quite a few multi-generational gun shops and old fashion hardware stores that carry firearms, plus Gander Mountain, Bass Pro Shops,  Dicks and Dunhams Sports, Wally World, and the long hall 2 hr drive, Cabelas!

No No  Now all I need is the darn money to spend!!! EmbarrasedRoll on Floor Laughing

Gander Mountain is about an hours drive from here but I have yet to go, I really need to, Bass Pro is only 45 minute from our place at the coast and we go down there to eat all the time.  I may check out Gander this weekend if the weather permits.

Wish the two stores in Fredrick carry reloading supplies.  WW pricing is hard to beat.
Just saw a sale ad for $29.95LB for IMR & Hogdon powers!  Shocked

Thought prices and supply were leveling off!  Bought powders 3 months ago for under $25lb and large Varget for $145!  Should have gotten two of them!

I keep eyeing the ramshot x-terminator on sale through midway even with shipping it would be cheaper than I can get R-15 locally but they say it doesn't work well with heavy 223 rounds so i am debating trying it.

I am using Varget for my 223 but haven't gone above 55gr yet.  Savage seems to love 55gr of just about anything!
