Dam, I went to grade school in Ft. Gibson, not to far from there..... don't remember a whole lot, but the people I remember there were top notch, and helped my family through some pretty tough times.  Hope they catch the bastards.

I have used this range for 25 years. Mr. Payne is a nice guy with a nice collection of unique toys. Hopefully his taste in weapons will help bring the attention the shooters deserve. The range is usually somewhat crowded. He would have enjoyed the what normally would have been a vacant Thanksgiving morning at the range. In the past couple of years a few of the users have leaned toward a less than savory. I wish our government would step up to the plate and actually try to get rid of the drug dealers. So much money and so many politicians wanting money it is not likely to happen.

I don't know if anybody remembers this, but the 2 bank robbers involved in the big shootout with FBI agents in Miami many years ago, got their guns by going to areas where people would go to shoot, and murder them for their guns. They would go to those roadside ranges so to speak that were isolated, as many are. Start talking to the people shooting, and then when they weren't looking, shoot them and take their guns.
Unless I know the other shooters at a range, I tend to trust them like anybody else on the street; I DON'T.
