300 H&H has been around since 1925 i'm going to say 1935  sounds like a good year. only 40 years before my time.

if you look at the back of the box, it say "for more than 50 years".  the company was founded i think in 1902, so it would have to be 1952 or later.

My Dad bought his 300H&H during 1967 and with it came 2 Boxes of 300H&H 180gr. He wanted 200gr, so these bullets were never used.
He paid the princely sum of $240 for The H&H in a DElux model, plus the 2 boxes of ammo plus a riflebag!!!
He actaually paid R120 (South African rand) Unbelievably the rand was stonger then the $. Today the same rifle would cost R20 000. The ammo alone will today cost R400 a box.
After his death I found the rather moth eaten boxes with each about half full. That was 2002. I tried firing them, but the primers would not detonate. I then attempted to pull the points as the brass, being Norma was welcome. Here I also struggled. The brass and the bullet had corroded and formed a strong chemical bond.
Unfortunately my Dad never reloaded, so a lot of his old brass is lying in the bush. I have however rescued a few that he must have kept for some reason. All Norma brass. They have proven far superior (in strength) then any other brass.

I have a vintage box of Norma 30.06 ammo from the 60's.  Box looks the same so just took a wild-assed guess yours would be the same age group.
