That is a beaut.  Particular like the Monte Carlo stock.

Coopera makes some exceptional rifles.  One of their Classics in 338-06 is on my wish list.

Thanks Ted
Your testimonials to the two you have helped drive my interest for sure

I have not bought a wood stocked gun in a LONG time
But, I gotta admit there is something that just seems right deer hunting with one...

Like old Sakos..

Ready to roll
Unfortunately, due to some family matters I haven't had a chance to go shoot it yet.
Hopefully in the next few days

Just noticed it's a 25-06, which makes it even purdy'r.  One of the best calibers IMO...wouldn't trade mine for anything.

Well
I got out to the range today
It shot several factory rounds under an inch and the Nosler 100g Etip load at about .5

Should start shooting one hole groups with some more rounds through it and perhaps some carefully worked up handloads

On steel plates at 250 it was making marks on the paint side by side
No way to measure but I would imagine 1.5" or better
