I bought a Zeiss Conquest (here) and it had crap in the scope. Exchanged it with Zeiss. Now I just bought a Trijicon Accupoint TR21 (here) and there's a half inch friggin crack in the bottom of the fiber optic part. And I still don't have my defective Elite 4200 back from Bushnell!

WOW! If you didn't have bad luck you'd have no luck at all.

Please stay away so it don't rub off, I can not afford to have those troubles right now.

Well... The chances of getting two bad scopes in a row from SWFA I'm hoping is pretty low. I'm just weeding out the bad ones so you guys can rest easier. If there's a bad scope in the batch chances are it's reserved for me. The next one I order I'll just have sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement to save time :)

That is really what I would call BAD LUCK. I do know all about that subject. Fortunately (for me) you seem to know more about it than I do.
I hope that your future endeavors are a bit brighter.
