             Moorestown, NJ - A new Premium Class Binocular.      Utilizing a high pressure die-cast, lightweight Magnesium body, the new Peregrine XP binocular from Steiner delivers truest color, high image contrast and light transmission with rugged waterproof/submersible protection.   With its water-repelling �NANO-Protection� coating on the 44mm objective lenses and oversized 30mm ocular lenses, images are always clear, even in rain and snow.    The new dielectric mirror and XP optical coating make Steiner�s XP lens technology unique and offer the discriminating user new levels of performance.

 

             An added benefit is that the new design offers the user an exceptionally high depth of field, uncommon with roof prism binoculars and extremely beneficial in low light wildlife observation.   Combined with new, twist-up/down eye cup system that comes standard with flip-shroud eyecups, and you begin to understand the XP technology and performance that is behind this new generation of Premium Binoculars from Steiner.
