When I looked thru Tubbs-like nothing out there. Tubbs has a log scale built into the windage that uses figure one then plugs into the holdover (it may have changed a bit by now). He developed (according to him) to help shooting at 2000 yds +. Far better than the HORUS system. USO has one (can't remember the mod. #) with some what part of it. (makes no sense I know)

Thanks dale, I will keep a close eye on the development of this scope and then PM you with whatever I find out or my latest thoughts. I  am also very interested in the new Xotics.

The Rizzini's are a 4 gun set not a skeet set with 4 barrels, Rizzinis gun set will sell as high as $600,000 and not on e-bay- hoping to get one of their round bottom 28's shortly-continue your research. Finally something we argee on the Athenas are an outstanding buy (probably because the are made by SKB) Sorry you don't have your own Gulfstream. Sorry the hijack, Weatherbys are like LEOs if you get a good buy-go gofer it-doens't hurt my feelings you have to live with it. Yes I've shoot against Tubbs and got by assed kicked, (also shot against clark and Leatham and won the stage). Hope the new Xotic has his reticle -I'll be the first in line. Roy haven't you decided on that Kimber Yet? It has been almost 2 years.

first off I still cannot find those rizzins. show us a pic. seen many own one by fair. I really do not care if you shot against tubbs although I am glad he kicked your puny ass. ask anybody on the site I have never stated I was an expert shot or did competetive shooting. one thing I can guarantee you is if I did one quarter of the practice you did with a rifle that cost one quarter as much I would whip your ass hands down. why don't we meet sometime. you name the place and time. you are obviously not a confederate because you lack the civility manners and grace so maybe you should come down here but I will meet you up there. let me know.

Let me know where the duel is to be held so I may attend.
Rizzins at 20 paces WOW, do the onlookers get to pick up the loser's gun? Confederates have civility and grace? Must not be the ones I used to see in Biloxi in 65' burning crosses and beating up blacks who went on the beach.Or the a**ho**s sporting the stars and bars & "forget hell" license plates I still see here in FL. Oh I forgot it's "The New South" now. In case you missed it the Yankees and the Blacks now run the south except for the redneck fans at NASCAR. "Y'all come back now y'hear". You might be a redneck if.. your Mossberg 22 has a tasco scope.

hey,  i resemble that redneck comment,  i'm a huge NASCAR fan.   in fact,  dale earnhardt used to hunt in a high fence game ranch just outside my home town.  i met him buying a hunting license at walmart before he died.

I get drunk with red necks and cowboys any day before a-a-a-Psychologistic. That is the bad thing about posting pictures etc. it always turns into a bigger bananna constest. The only website that's going to straighten you on the web is kwikmed.com.

Wasn't Mike McDonald challenged on a couple of posts a while back by some crony who wanted to duke it out with him?

From Rootmanslim-Here are some truths to ponder from a geezer:
1. The 244 H&H is faster, flatter and MUCH OLDER than the the 240 WB. It is a HUNTING rifle so bbl life is a ho-hum subject.(after I've shot 500 sighting rounds and 500 Antelope/Deer I may have to get a new bbl.)

Only $ 30 per, here http://www.ammo-one.com/244HHMag.html

and it is still slower than the 240 Weatherby if you can find one in the US price does not include shipping

Duce, you can get new cases from Qual-Cartridge cheaper than WB brass. Who says it is slower? I was comparing the usually optomistic WB stats with actual chronograph data.Accurate reloading.com could get 3522 with the 244 H&H and 3332 with a 240 WM both w/95 noslers.Your data source is????? Mine has a 27" bbl and the TSX has less bore friction and is 10 gr lighter so 3700 is no sweat. What part of same bore diameter, same bullet, more powder equals more velocity did you miss in ballistics 101. You got a 308 winchester that is faster than my 300 H&H ? I know my 300 is slower than a 30-378 WB. Have I been fooled all these years dragging a round a 300 H&H when a 32-20 is hotter? better stick with scope questions cause this ballistics is too hard.Weatherby...images of guys with open shirts and gold chains hunting on a fenced preserve... Holland and Holland... images of Gun maker to Royalty.. tigers in the Raj... Buffs in darkest Africa... almost as exclusive as S&B!
