My eyes and astigmatism have me moving towards LPVO scopes.  I'm a fan of the SWFA 1-6x and Razor Gen II E but also looking at scopes in the 1-8x range.

Prefer FFP with illumination with mil turrets to be consistent with my other scopes.  Scopes would go on anything from a Marlin 1895 for a future buffalo hunt, 6.5 Grendel AR for a Florida hog hunt and my ARs that have barrel lengths ranging from 10.5 to 14.7" that currently sport Aimpoints, red dots of sorts.

I have a old USO SR8C that I like, but not impressed with their current offerings.  I recently picked up a Razor Gen III 1-10X scope that will likely go on a 6.5 Grendel but it is a little big for some of the platforms I'm looking to replace the optics on.

How does the Trijicon 1-8x28 Credo 34mm Rifle Scope stack up?

I think the Accupower was its predecessor and had very mixed reviews but not sure if the Credo is new and improved.

I'm not seeing a 1-8 I do see a 1-6.  My experience is with Accupoint and the down side is that tritium has a life span.  the 5-20 I had mixed results with and it had only 50moa adjustment (not much). The 1-4 with a red post triangle I really like but mine needs more tritium.  The Credo uses an LED so that should last a long time.  I thought the glass was decent.  the 2.5 to 15x42 uses a CR2032 battery and has 100 moa elevation 80 windage so big improvement.  I would say that Credo is improved but it runs on a battery.

Here is the link to the 1-8X Credo

Appreciate the perspective.  Reviews I've seen/read said the glass very good but not in the range of the Vortex Gen II/III or Nightforce ATACR but also about 1/2 the price

You might check out the Leatherwood CMR 1-8.. I have one on a 6.5 Grendel and the combination is outstanding.  Allows access to the full range of 6.5 Grendel capabilities.  Glass is very good, illumination is very good, adjustments are precise... audible and tactile.  I love the reticle.  Much lower price than the ones you mentioned.  I've not thrown it around but have some drills I do that cause me to bounce around some... no issues so far.

Leatherwood is a good recommendation.  It is a good scope particularly given its price point.  Illumination is a little brighter than I would like but workable.  Tried it on a short barreled AR but too much scope for a 10.5" barrel.  Trijicon MRO will stay on it but Leatherwood will fit nicely on a 14.5" Grendel.

Thanks Kickboxer for the rudder.

Most welcome.  Green or red illumination?  Mine is red and is exactly what I like/need.

The March 1-8 is amazing, but it also has an "amazing" price.

Mine was green.  Thought it would play better with my astigmatism.  Definitely will wake you up in the morning.

Definitely a fan of March scopes, but amazing price is right.  Maybe when I get a 450-400 Nitro double.

The Leatherwood is a good fit for the Grendel.

My wife does eye exercises for astigmatism... she says it helps.  So far, my eyes are still good to me...no issues.

Glad you like the Leatherwood 1-8.  I've been very pleased with mine.
