Hi all, I am new here and am hoping someone has a recommendation between these 3 binoculars.
I really appreciate the help, thank you. 1. Maven C.1 10x42 2. Leupold BX-4 pro guide HD 10x42 3. Meopta meopro 10x42 HD |

Well, now I am looking at the Bushnell Forge binos, if you have any insight on them I would be happy to hear.

Off these, I am most familiar with Meopta, so I would lean that way.

Okay, so out of those 3 the meopta wins, but now I found the Bushnell Forge.
If anyone has experience with them please advise. 1. Bushnell Forge 10x42? 2. Meopta Meopro 10x42 HD? Thanks again Folks. |

I think you will be happy with the Meostars. My 10X42 non-hd are very, very nice, significantly better than the Vortex Viper they replaced.
Those HD you chose should be excellent.

My bad, lazy reading makes meostar and meopro false synonyms. I bet you made the proper choice non withstanding. I’ve looked through Meopta rifle scopes too and they are really, really nice. The wife’s Leupold Pro Guide 8X42 are pretty good (better than Vortex Viper HD) but not the same class as my Meopta binos. Let us know how they perform! |

I have a pair and I think you made a good choice. For a hand held 10X, I think they are easy to get behind and use. They are my go to binoculars for critter watching in my yard at all hours and lighting. I can easily pick up smaller animals like tree rats and waterfowl out past 100 yds. I wear glasses and always take them off, though. I lose to much FOV if I twist the eye cups down and leave my glasses on.
