https://www.guns.com/news/2018/11/16/remington-launches-new-700-cp-pistol-line-in-3-calibers-photos I know they exist. but this is interesting. too bad it its from Remington. I hope ruger or some other company comes out with their own version so I can get one. After I seen the Q - FIX pistol with brace I been wanting one in 300blk and 8.6 creedmoor

Remington is not the company it was or could be. Their re-re-release of the R51 proves this. The quality has went way down as I've seen. I own a 700 police, and its great. but it really seems more like luck of the draw on what your gonna get. I realize this pistol is not for F class. I would use it for short range hunting.
Anyway back on the subject. I'm glad Remington is doing this, and I hope other companies follow. |

Weatherby built one too. It’s been discontinued for several years. I think magnum research or maybe a different Israeli company built some as well.

I am the first on the pre-order list for Q's MiniFix in 300Blackout. I think I am the only one on that pre-order list too, since I am not sure they opened it to the public yet.
As far as Remington goes, I will not touch anything made by them with a ten foot pole. That MiniFix will become my subsonic pig gun. ILya

Remington 798. A Remington I'd buy as it's actually made by someone else ;)

Bullberry does a nice job making TC Encore pistol barrels in a wide variety of calibers and the shoot well.
