I got a Ruger MKIII a while back right after I got my Dead Air Mask.  It came with no sights so I also go a Burris Fastfire3.  It is a sweet combination.

I decided it needed a holster.  That was harder than I thought going into it.  The selection for essentially a very long barrel mark pistol is few and far between.  I know I could have had a custom holster made but those started around $100 and went up fast.  I was looking for something more friendly on the wallet.
I found the Tactical Solutions holster.  You can get a high ride or low ride.  I chose the low ride so I can draw it easier from a belt.

When it came in I was excited and checked gun fitment without silencer at first.  It fit like a glove.  The two screws on the outside are tightened or loosened to adjust how tight it holds the gun.  There was no rattle and I could hold it upside down and the gun didn't fall out.  It retains on the trigger guard so don't cut it off or the holster won't work right.  Wink
I was liking it very much until I screwed the suppressor on and tried to put it in the holster.  It didn't fit.  The silencer was too big around.  There were internal ribs that keep the gun from rattling.  These were preventing the silencer from going in.  I checked the website and sure enough it says fits most silencers up to 1'".  The Mask is 1" OD.  I tried stretching the plastic, which is quite stiff and thick, but it didn't fit.  I took out the two retention screws and I could force the gun/suppressor in but I wasn't happy and I couldn't draw it well.  I ended up emailing the company and they said most silencers too.  The gentleman said I could shave down the ribs.  I didn't like this answer and sat on it a week and looked for alternatives and solutions.  Taking the ribs out was still the easiest/cheapest solution.  I got a file set from the local hardware store and went to town.
This is the result of lots of elbow grease.

The shiny areas are untouched and the scuffed areas have been filed.

It fits like a glove now.

The two adjustment screws work the same and just as before you can hold it upside down and it doesn't fall free.  The silencer keeps the gun from rattling too.

The holster has a relief for an optic rail and optic.  This was one thing that made holster shopping more difficult.

The only problem left is the screw nuts inside the holster need to be filed down more.  They have left a mark on the right side of the suppressor as seen in the first picture.  It didn't scratch through the ceracoat though.

The wood grips are also not original.  It came with grotesque wraparound rubber grips that didn't feel good.  These black wood grips from Ruger are much better.

Try a dowel wrapped with 400 grit emery paper in a drill. Use it to smooth the file marks inside the holster. With care you will have a smoother fit. Looks like you a very usable solution.  Excellent
