I just bought my wife a victory .22  I,  I mean she is looking for a  different sight.  I looked  a couple of pages back on the topic and didn't see anything on sightmark are these any good for a .22 or are they to cheap.

You thinking their mini-shot?  For casual plinking fun, should be fine.  Having to take the top half of the reflex sight off to change batteries will probably impact your zero.  I've always put Sightmark in the same bucket as the likes of Barska.  They work fine but don't drop or bang them.

If you budget can swing it, I'd look at the Burris Fast Fire or Vortex's new Venom
