I know this may be minor but...I lost both screws that clamp the rings to the rail. I opened a case with Burris and literally in 3 minutes I got a reply asking for my address. They said they would send the screws out in the morning.

Maybe I should buy more of their scopes...I'd like to see one of those dual plane scopes in a higher magnification.

What you are describing is still better than Nikon.

and Burris has come a long way since then.

That's alright, I had three Nikon scopes in one year. First one had a reticle that didn't like to stay in the same place, the second one had and erector spring break before I got the 7mm08 sighted in. The third one they sent me I sold before I ever opened the box. After all that my Nikon Binos fogged on me. I don't do Nikon.

Did I ever tell y'all about the time Burris sent me someone else's binoculars? I never had trouble talking to someone, just trouble getting them to understand they sent me too many binoculars and were going to have to pay to get the other fellow's back.
