I am looking for a set of quick detach rings that will fit my sako with the tapered dovetail. Any suggestions?

Concur. I had Talley's on a Sako M75. Worked flawlessly.

I have Talley's on my 75. Been without issue for many years.

I think Warne's might make a QD ring that uses the dovetail if needed. I like the tally two piece base always seem to work.

Talley has a quick lever release that works well and goes back to zero fairly well.

Still needs to be verified before shooting game each time they are removed though, IMO.

Count me among the Talley fans on Sakos. I have Talleys on 2 Sakos (Sako 75 & 85) and have no complaints.

What's wrong with Sako Optilock? I don't own a Sako, know a couple of people who do… they swear by the Optilocks.
