I've actually heard that IOR has turned it around for the good in the past few years. Some guy took the reins from Val, (Scott?) and it was said to have drastically improved.
Mr. Koskin could probably confirm or dispel that rumor though.

Scott Cornelia is no longer with IOR Valdada.  Val has some other guy helping him now.  I do not remember his name off hand.

I do not have any recent experiences with IOR service.  It seemed pretty good in the past when Scott was there.  I do not know if it is the same, better or worse.

Maybe I should delete the IORs from my wish list.
Life's concerns should be about the 120lb pack your trying to get to the top of the mountain, and not the rock in your boot.
