I know its not the best set up, the scope being that high off the bore. I would like to find out if there are any scope designed for that kind of setup.
I only have under $200 to spend too.
Thanks.

This scope is made to go right into the carry handle. Its a China P.O.S. copy of the Colt scope.

Your not going to find a scope that is actually designed for that gun in the $200 price range. Unless you can come across something off our sample list. Something like a Trijicon Acog or a Reflex sight would be a great choice if you had the money. An aimpoint wouldn't be a bad choice either. These scopes are pricey though.....$350 and go up over a $1000.
For under $200 you could just put an ordinary rifle scope on it and be happy with it. The Simmons illuminated Aetec would be my first choice. |

Consider a cheek riser from brownells even the stick on one at $20 is better than none. The Delta type for $69 is even better. Then because the width of channel in the carrying handle varies between manufactures, consider Leopoldt screw on mount, which is made much better. It is importantant that the thread part be part of the mount and not bolt into the mount. Cut two strips of thin rubber and lay inside the handle, usually at this point the bolt will be much smaller than the hole and you can choose to shim or not. Put the mount on and use a LOK washer. Now a set of weavers or Leo weaver and something like a 2.5X10 Simmon Atec or another shorter scope in a fixed power and you have a set up capable of the accuracy of the gun, but is still quick to mount.
