Bought some Bausch and Lomb Hemisphere binos a couple years ago on liquidation and just opening them for the first time this weekend and the right monocular has a big chip/crack in it.

They do not make these anymore (discontinued) so what will come of the lifetime warranty? I believe Bushnell is the company that makes these. The MSRP/sticker price on these are $680. Not cheap.

They only way you are going to get an answer to that question is to call Bushnell.
Lifetime warranty and excellent customer service don't mean a thing when your gun fails during a zombie attack.

If I recall my last conversation with Bushnell correctly, if it is not in their current lineup they won't fix it unless they have old parts left on the shelves, of which they have few.  They seem to make no effort to maintain much of a parts inventory.  I would bet you are out of luck.  B&L and Bushnell split the sheets long ago.
