Any recommendations for a good straight spotter for use out to 300yds for under $600. MSRP ? Would like to be able to see .22 cal holes in the black part of the target out to 200yds if possible. Will only be used on the range, so optical clarity is more important than being super rugged.

Take a look at the Celestron Regal 80ED.

I don't see this brand on the SWFA site?

Yeah Bill, unfortunately SWFA is not a dealer. Maybe you can give them a call and see if they can get one for you though.

You can try Hawke Endurance ED scopes.

They are a little bulky for my taste, but are good optically for what you pay.
