Which scope would you put on this rifle, up to $600. There's so many choices. I own a Leupold VX III, Burris Black Diamond, Burris Signature Select, Burris Euro Diamond (I didn't like this scope). I'm not a fan of 50mm objectives, so it needs to be 44mm or less, and not over 10X on the high end. What about other models? Nikon and Zeiss both have models that fall in this price range. Of all the scopes I have, the VX III seems to be the best. IT's sharper than the Black Diamond and seems to be as bright (VX III is a 2.5X8X36; Black Diamond is 2.5X10X44). Thanks for your help. |

What was it about the Eurodiamond that you didn't like?
I ask because I am considering purchasing the Euro Diamond.

Sounds like you want to explore some new optics.......try some of these out. Either of these will blow you away in brightness
Zeiss conquest 3.5-10x44.....$549.99

About the Euro Diamond I was disappointed in brightness and clarity. I have a Black Diamond 2.5X 10X44 and I guess I thought the Euro would be the same (I would have bought another Black Diamond, but the don't make the 2.5X10 anymore). The Euro is a good scope, but I guess I really wanted a Black Diamond, for less money.
