What do you guys think of these? Do they work as well as Butler Creek's standard flip-up's? Do they offer one for the ocular end of the scope?

I like their standard black flip ups, trying to see through the plastic on any type of see through cover is like looking through pea soup.

Haha.... yeah I hear ya on the pea soup . I've been eyeballing one of the new Viper scopes because I've heard so much great talk about them on here. However, I've noticed that their coatings don't offer any features comparable to Bushnell's RainGuard (not many do), but since this scope will likely go on one of my hunting rifles, I thought I might see what options there are for keeping the water off of the lens. I guess the regular flip up caps would be just as good, since rain on the clear plastic of the Blizzard caps would probably cause sight problems anyway.
Oh well, I tried . I guess I'll just stick with the regular BC covers. I have an S11 Big Sky, 3-9x42 that's just sitting in the safe, so I might end up using it on this rifle anyway. Thanks

Ah, but they are much easier to see through than solid black, should the need arise suddenly...
