Is the Bushnell Sentry sufficient to clearly pick out bullet holes at 100 yards with ease? I have been using a Burris 20x50mm compact. It works, but I have been feeling like a little more magnification might make things easier
Is there any difference in resolution / optical quality between the Sentry 12x36 compact and the normal Sentry 18x36?
If the Sentry isn't really enough glass to do a reasonable job, would I be better off looking at something like a Bushnell Trophy or the Burris Landmark 15-45?
Thanks for any information you might be able to provide.

I think for the money a Bushnell 20-50x 50mm Trophy is a good
scope. This particular one is made in Japan. It is being phased out. I
saw one on Ebay pretty cheap. Anything above 60x zoom is pushing it in
the clarity dept. anyways. Dont know much about Burris but Bushnell is
still a safe bet if you dont have more than 500 to spend. The cheapest
Ive seen this scope is around 120 which is pretty good for what you
get.
