Hey guys if we're lucky and ask real nice maybe we can get Eileen Clarke to stop in the Critter Cooking Café and share some of her recipes.  She is an accomplished cook and author of many wildlife cook books.

I extended an invitation for her to drop by, so if you see her give her a warm O.T. welcome and maybe she'll stick around.  Wink

What ever is necessary!  Love to have her post a few of her favorites!

My girth will attest to the appeal of Eileen's recipes, in my case from Slice of the Wild. It also contains a great section on home butchering of game critters (always recommended before cooking).

She will autograph your copy too!
