It's hot, we're having to run the air conditioner.  Can you Canucks send some of that cold air down here?

15 degrees and a foot of new snow overnight here in Bozeman!  I am loving it.

I got five days off for the New Year.  I will come down and run the store for you, and you can come up and do some coyote hunting and skiing!

It's like a chinook blew in here overnight.  19F ystd, going to 45 today, what a mess.  Side roads are a bitch.  Air feels warm but melting snow freezing on the roads particularly in the shade.   Makes driving real interesting.

So much snow banked up on the sideroads that even if you skid you just bounce off and stay on the road - at least if there's no other trucks coming!

We got it too. We went from weeks of sub zero to being 40 today, now going to freeze all the snow that melted all over the streets today. Maybe I'll get some extra work at the body shop if they get busy again.

It got up to 55 or so here in Omaha the day after Christmas.  Turned out to be a good thing since the week before we got freezing rain.  Got all that ice to melt and run down the drain!  The last two snows they got in the counties where we coyote hunt in were too much, couldn't get around because of drifts after the wind came up.  So we needed some to melt.  Only problem with that is, it usually melts what little snow is left in the fields, which makes it hard to see the coyotes!
