Sorry no pics, but this morning I visited our local Navy range.
For equipment I had my Rem 308 Varmint Leupold8,5-25x50 and my 300 H&H with Leupold 3,5-10x40.
I shot at ranges 300 meters and 400meters. The weather was clear sunny sky with a 25mph wid blowing.
From 300 meters I obtained a 2 and 1/4 inch with the Rem with 155gr Palma Match. The 300H&H on a Sako action gave me a 3 inch grouping with 200gr SGK.

We then moved to steel plates of 12 inchx12inch. At 300 meters they all fell. The 300H&H shot as flat as anything. I never aimed off the plates. Wind was also only pushing the bullets a few inches.

From the 400yds on the 308 I called the elevation at 32 inches and the wind at 24 inches. I never missed a plate!!

The 300 H&H was a bit different. I could not quite get the trajectory and wind reading correct and hunted a bit before the plates started falling.
All in all lots of fun.

My friend with me had a bit of older 308 etc with an older Weaver 6x telescope. This scope performed amazingly well with a clear picture and nil colour distortion.
