I know Leica offers it but does anyone else offer the German #1 reticle? Especially in any scopes under 1k if possible. I am sure this has been asked numerous times as well. It seems I can only find the #4 anymore (which I have on several scopes and like) but the German #1 continues to be my favorite by far. Thanks!

I like it too... for a hunting scope. I have it in my Leica ER 2.5-10X42 and in a Kahles 6X42 made at least 15 years ago.

Leupold offers the #1 as an option. They're the only company that offers it in a scope costing less than $1K that I'm aware of.

Trijicon's post triangle reticle is similar to a #1 without the horizontal bars.

In the "over 1K" category, Zeiss, Kahles, and S&B offered it off and on in the past, and they might install it if requested.

Oh, I forgot...the #1 is also available in the new Meopta Meopro 6X42. It's well under $1K. I have that scope, but with a #4 reticle.

Thanks Rifledude! I was looking the Leupold custom shop option but I will admit I have never been a fan of Leupold Optics (not to step on anyone's toes....just my eyes seem to prefer Swaro, Zeiss, Kahles and Doctor). However, I know Leupold does make a quality product so I may be ok with one with the right reticle.

I will look at the Meopta (just wish it were a 4x power!). I do like the Meopta stuff though.

I am not opposed to the 1-2k range but since I just purchased several others in that range I was trying to keep my optic "addiction" in check if possible and try a lower price point to keep the peace with the Wife at the moment.
