I have a geissele 1-6 scope.My question is will the geissele 1-6 Vortex specific scope mount fit my scope.

from the ad for the Geissele SOPMOD mount:

While the Geissele Automatics Super Precision 30MM Scope Mount is SOPMOD certified for use with the Vortex 1-6 Scope, the Super Precision 30MM Scope Mount is compatible with a variety of similar spec’d optics from other manufacturers.

I do not believe they would build it to be incompatible with their own 1-6 scope.  I've not tracked the full specs for both scopes, but I would bet the Geissele 1-6 fits.

Just wondering... are there any particular features of the Geissele scope that attracted your attention?  I've not had one in hand, but have looked at as much of the specs as i can find and I just don't find any particular attraction to it.  I know it is about double the price, but if I were in the market for a 1-6, the Kahles 1-6i would probably be my choice.
