Sorry new member hear and in searching Google, I came across no reviews. Even a site that listed 1000's of binocs from Germany and Japan had nothing. Can anyone tell me if these are the same as Fuji binocs or if they are anygood? Thanks for any help. FujiFilm Super 7 7X18 mini binoculars

Considering that the 7x18mm only gives a 2.5mm exit pupil it would not be that good, except in bright daylight.
A 7x18mm is so very tiny, in the average man's hands, that I think it would be very clumsy to use in the first place. As a collector's item it might make an interesting conversation piece, but for daily use I think it would be much too tiny for any practical use. Fujinon makes excellent binoculars for today's market, but, the vintage 7x18mm seems more like a child's toy to me. http://www.shopgoodwill.com/auctions/Fujifilm-Super-7-7X18-Mini-Binoculars-28158441.html Stan |

I prefer Porro prism binoculars especially those made in Japan. (i.e. Minox BD 10x44 BP) 8>)

Fujifilm is a VERY broad category. Some Fujinons are VERY good; some are rebranded wannabes. Although binoculars are important to many of us, they are "gum on the shoes" to Fujinon. Seeking "Fujinon" (their binocular division) will be a better target than "FujiFilm," but is no guarantee of a world-class instrument.
