Just picked up a Meopta MeoPro 6.5-20x50 HTR for the new T/C Compass 6.5 Creedmore boomstick.
Apparently they only have 45 MOA of elevation adjustment... How limiting will that be as I try to stretch the Creedmore's legs at the range? Given that the compass already has two individual mounts included, I'd prefer to simply buy two rings and not have to go on a hunt for a 20 MOA angled base. Anyone have any guesses at what range I am likely to run out of scope adjustment and get frustrated? Nice glass... wondering if the MOA range is a deal killer... Got $1,000 glass at a "bargain" of $375, but this bargain has limitations. If I were to return it what would you get for long range work for around $400?

What reticle do you have? Not the optimum choice of scope for long range shooting. You are not likely to be able to use a 20MOA rail.
