I know some laws have changed in the US and I just would like to know if it's still possible to buy from europe an IOR 9-36x56 scope .

Are you wanting to buy from the U.S. or are you trying to sell to the U.S. ?
 If you want to buy, IOR is made there in Europe , and your currency is stronger there.

I want to buy the scope in the US .
Here it is sold 1500 euros .
In the US it is sold 1400 $ and thats 953 euros ....

Thats why  I  want to buy it in the US .

What would it cost after you after you figure in tariffs? even though the country of origin is in Europe, the fact you purchase from the U.S. would subject you to high tariffs - not to mention brokerage fees and high shipping. I think in the end it would be just as expensive.

Under optical sighting equipment all rifle scopes are prohibited.
 
Nothing stops you from doing the paperwork of course!
 
The other way is to find a buddy who ......

I have a 9-36x56 IOR that has never been mounted new in box with 35mm IOR rings that I would be prepared to sell PM me for details, I am in Australia.

Exactly ,it is for traget shooting ,  I'm just trying to get it cheaper since I'm young and I don't have a lot of money .
I don't understand exactly , it is written SOME optical sighting are restricted to export , how am I supposed to know which is restricted and which is not ?
