Thats one of those long sandwitches on french bread with lots of different cold cuts and cheeses that you can get at Sonic with your root beer float.

So that means Super Sonic is when you Super Size the fries and drink.Bandito

Ive decided that for the next while Ill spend more time learning about marksmanship rather then behind my .308 shooting for fun.

Anyhow, to get to the point, Ill need scope thats fairly inexpensive but can track very well. Distances will be around 200 meters, unless i can get it going further. I was thinking of a Meuller 4-16 x 50, however my second choice would be a SS 10x.

Did you say 200 meters and .22LR in the same sentence?  Did you mean "shoot" a .22LR out to 200 meters or did you mean shoot a .22LR to 20 meters and accidentally throw in an extra "0"?

A 200-meter .22LR shot would be something akin to a 1,500-meter .308 shot - in other words, would virtually prove demon possession or divine luck.  If you can successfully and consistently deploy a .22LR at 200 meters and hit small targets, you should be in Vegas where that luck can really pay off.

I too am setting up a heavy-barrel .22LR but for short range work.  I need a good scope with 50-yard parallax and am still trying to figure the best fit.  I "could" spend $1,000 on a scope, by why, it's a .22 taking a 20-yard shot.

Also, mine will be suppressed; so I got that going for me, which is nice.

Freedom is something you take.
Respect is something you earn.
Equality is something you whine about not being given.
